Villa Elia welcomes you to the heart of the island of Crete. With its exceptional location among olive groves with panoramic views over the Cretan Sea, the White Mountains and the city of Rethymno, it offers a wonderful stay for the most beautiful time of the year.
Up to 6 people can be accommodated on about 450 square meters of living space. In total, there are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and all the comforts.

Ideal for families with children or even 3 couples.

3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, panoramic sea view, satellite TV, DVD and en suite bathroom: shower, bath, toilet, 2 sinks.

Of course, all rooms are air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Fly or mosquito net in front of the windows.

Breakfast

If you don´t want to make your own breakfast there is the possibility to order a chef to create a delicious breakfast.

A portable router is available in the house to connect you with the Internet.

Garden

Unique lovely maintained garden with all around panoramic views either in the hilly hinterland, on the mountains or the Cretan Sea.
A quiet area above a hill among own olive groves and herds of sheep.

Own vegetable and fresh herbs garden. In total 16.000 sqm land.

Housekeeping Service

Final cleaning is included in the period from 17.3.2018 - 11.11.2018 in the rent.
In the winter months, we charge a final cleaning fee and a electricity deduction.
Daily housekeeping service on request.

Pool

The immense pool measures about 65 sqm and invites you to splash and relax.
Optically separated children's pool.
On the surrounding terrace are plenty of umbrellas, loungers and shade places available.
Pool shower, covered sunbathing area and sandpit for the children.
Covered summer kitchen with barbecue.
